Our Infrared (IR) LED lighting systems are specifically designed to increase the reflectivity of markers whilst being invisible to the naked eye. We feel that when working in close proximity to athletes it is important that lighting is not too bright or potentially off-putting to the individual, and using Infrared means it goes completely undetected.
Our IR LED Spot Lights have been specially sourced and fabricated for use within our Quintic hardware range. The IR LED Spot Light is compatible with the Quintic GigE / USB2 / USB3 High-Speed cameras and comes with a simple On/Off switch. It is reccomended to use the IR LED spot light upto 6m from the subject in order to ensure good reflectivity of the markers.
